Delete a Tour 27 account or review the specific deletion choices available to Guides who connected Facebook Preview.
Facebook data deletion
TOUR 27 PTY LTD provides two direct deletion paths. A successful request performs the applicable Facebook-data deletion before Tour 27 returns the success response.
In the Tour 27 Guide app, open Account, Social Media Links, Facebook Live Preview, then choose Disconnect.
This immediately deletes stored Facebook User and Page credentials, pending Page choices, Facebook user and Page identifiers, the Page name, and the granted-permission list. Completed Tour chat and preview lifecycle history remain until the Guide account is deleted.
Use the account-deletion form on this page and select Guide. When the request succeeds, Tour 27 also deletes the Guide's Facebook connection, credentials, Page candidates, Facebook preview lifecycle rows, and Facebook-sourced comments copied into that Guide's Tour chat.
Removing Tour27 - Guides in Facebook Settings stops future Meta access, but it does not by itself notify Tour 27 through this instructions-only deletion method. Also disconnect Facebook in Tour 27, delete the Guide account here, or contact support.
